About Dataplaz
Dataplaz is an independent publication about data, artificial intelligence and digital regulation in Luxembourg. The name comes from the Luxembourgish word Plaz, a place, as in Finanzplaz.
We explain what new laws, supervisory guidance and public initiatives mean for organisations in Luxembourg: the EU AI Act, DORA, the Data Act, NIS2, GDPR, and the country's investments in computing power and data infrastructure.
Every article is published in Luxembourgish, French, German and English. Articles are researched against primary sources such as EUR-Lex, Legilux, the CNPD and the CSSF, which are listed at the end of each piece. Articles are prepared with the help of AI tools and checked against those sources before publication.
